Graduate / "Never relent on your last accomplishment" ; MSc Computer Science-SOP [5]
"Never relent on your last accomplishment" this always gives me the zeal to work harder and aim higher. I really appreciate the world of technology where I had carried out researches on different technologies in order to garner more knowledge. I started having dreams of becoming a scientist right from my childhood which I have been nurturing till today. My university education had really helped me to achieve some milestones and I don't intend to relent on that. I see myself contributing to the world of science in the next two (2) years, and I am at present imparting computing knowledge on young ones as part of my obligations to help the less privilege.
My core interests are Human-Computer Interaction and Networking, because I intend to improve the interactions between human and computers by making it easier for the end-users to use and receptive. Also, I cherish the inter-connection of computers where you can access your files anywhere in the world. I had the opportunity to go for Networking Training where I learnt how to configure Router, Switches etc. and I practiced with Packet Tracer. Also, I achieved immense knowledge in trouble shooting different networks and I gained so much experience in blocking un-authorized access to a network using a particular firewall device. I am very optimistic that the experience I have garnered in the past would help me to do better in my Master Programme.
The other research areas that captivate my interest are Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. I strongly have passion for artificial intelligence which brought about concept, reasoning, learning, perception and ability to manipulate things in its own design capability. I am looking forward to the day I would develop my own intelligent agent that would help in accomplishing some tasks. I have affinity for technology and this has always ginger me to study more. On several occasions I act inquisitively by trying to know the concept behind a particular technology which I have the dream of being a renown scientist in the year 2018. On the other hand, my love for software engineering cannot be fettered, while I was in the university I was on cloud nine when I learnt in-depth about software management and engineering. After my university days, I have been attending different summits on developing applications which include G|Days (Google) using different Google apps, Developers Day among others. In addition, I went for Website development training where I obtained a certificate and I look forward to building a website for the less privilege where they could reach out to the world for succor.
