Always prefer prevention from the every first stage of any health problem [2]
But now a days, people don't take the problem serious until it reaches the worst stage. Like people are aware of the disadvantage of smoking but still they smoke until they have to face problems like cancer.
Presently, people do not take the problem seriously until it to a harmful stage. For example, the awareness that smoking is harmful to a person's health has not deters many from quiting the habit until they are faced with problems such as lung cancer
