Undergraduate / I have always enjoyed being faced with new challenges that put me outside of my comfort zone [2]
Much of the work that students do at Emerson College is a form of storytelling. If you were to write the story of your life until now, what would you title it and why?(100-200 words).
Growing up in a seemingly predictable suburban county, I have always enjoyed being faced with new challenges that put me outside of my comfort zone. Many of the challenges in my life involve change. Whether it be through a new hair color or my parents' divorce, in one way or another my life is constantly changing. Though I am not always comfortable with certain life changes I know I have to make the best out of it.
With a never ending changing life, I like to compare my comfort zone to the symbolic box that I am so desperately trying to think outside of. Therefore when I am thinking outside of the box, I am also outside of my comfort zone. With that said I would title my life so far: "Out of the Box".
(I feel like this is not that good and I would love to hear feedback from others.)
