Writing Feedback / The expenditure on Photographic is the highest amongst all other consumer goods of Britain [2]

IELTS-The expenditure on six consumer goods in four European countries

The chart shows the differences of the expenditure on six consumer goods by the people of four European countries, namely Britain, France, Italy and Germany.

Overall, people in Britain spend more money on all six consumer goods than that of the other countries. Specifically, the expenditure on Photographic is the highest amongst all other consumer goods of Britain, as well as amongst the other countries.

In contrast, Germany is generally the lowest spender. This is more evident on Photographic film, which Germany spend 146 thousand pounds sterling, much less than that of Britain, which is more than 170 thousand pounds sterling.

Meanwhile, Italy and Germany maintain the middle positions. The expenditure on Photographic film and Toys of France is greater than that of Italy. But for Perfumes, Tennis racquets and Personally stereos, people in France spend less than Italy people. Sepcifically, the spending on Toys is equal between the two countries.
