The paragraph that discusses was too short in my view. Merely stating that zoos have noticeable advantages does not sound convincing.

Writing Feedback / [REFERENCES LETTER] She has demonstrated an exceptional ability to grasp the rigorous demands of job [7]

In as much you are required to comment on her abilities as fully as possible,I think shorter version of this letter would do for recommendation letter.
