In my opinion, your opening is quite incoherent. You seem to agree with the result of the research but you wrote that you argue.
You made some grammar mistakes. For example:

Faq, Help / Why are some people getting suspended? [45]
Hi, I just got suspended with my old account Krystal318. I think I posted too short comments on other students' essays and I sometimes complimented on their writing as well (cause I found their writing was so good). Sorry for having posted meaningless comments. Honestly, I tried my best to give them the best advice that I could but sometimes I couldn't find any mistake. However, I feel really sorry now. Can I somehow get my account back? I promise not to break the website' rules anymore and try more than my best to give the advice.
