Describe how you can apply the knowledge and experience gained from your time in Sweden in your organization/company and/or in your home country/region upon your return from Sweden:
The study program in sustainable development will influence my ability to apply the designed methods and processes in a case study that concerns quality education and gender equality, where the outcome will contribute to the UN 2030 agenda. As I will advance, grow professionally and further develop my leadership skills, I plan to expand my voluntary work with X organization and connect it to the NFGL alumni by organizing workshops to improve quality education and gender equality. Thus, the outcome will positively contribute to the SDGs by 2030 and further build an exchange network more diverse of expertise and knowledge that would last for long generations. Moreover, the knowledge and experience I will gain in Sweden will speed up the process I have started at my company to reduce our waste, have a responsible consumption, and apply innovative solutions for enhancing our office with sustainable ideas by transferring the best practices will be gained from the internship.
