Here's my letter that I am sending to Cal State Northridge, Please Edit.

Dear Directors of Admissions of California State University Northridge,
I am sorry to inform minor mistakes on my college application that have been discovered. The mistakes that are included in my application are in my college preparatory classes such as health, life skills, and computer networking that would not be counted. The subject physiology is included in the section of physical science but should have been added in the biological section. There are certain classes which do not include the school code, the titles of the classes were written in instead of being selected from the list that should contain the proper labels of classes. I apologies for the inconvenience I have caused and hope that you look that this unofficial transcript enclosed in the letter which would show the proper class titles that I have taken. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Brian Capalad
I have no idea if this is correct or not.
