And as already indicated in the answers above - decide on the purpose of this work and build a clear structure: the problem (introduction), the solution to the problem, the conclusions. The year 2009 is indicated on the graph - is this an error or was this year analyzed? Then here you should indicate why this particular year or give a comparison with the current one.
