The bar chart gives information about the employment rate of men and women in four nations (South Africa, Chile, Finland and Norway) in 2002.
Overall, it is clear that the occupaion percentage of men was higher than that in women in fours countries, and the largest gap between two gender categories was in Chile.

About 80% Norway's men was in workforce, which was the highest rate in 2002. The employed Chile and Finland men was nearly equal, with the figure being just under 70%while the men had job in South Africa was the shortest, at 50%.

In terms of the employment proportion of women, there was roughly 75% in Norway where lead the employed women compared to other countries. The rate for Finland was lower by 10%, but being double than South Africa and Chile, at exactly 35% and 32%, respectively.
