Essays / "disruptive social effects of learning" How to write a good introduction on education [3]
I've been staring at my computer screen for like the last 2 hours . I have to write a paper on how an education destroys while it contructs. I need to analyze the painful phychological and disruptive social effects of learning. Im really struggling with my intro, for some reason i always struggle with my intro when ever i write an essay and i always feel like i need to it before i move on. This time i actually manage to write three paragraphs, but i cant stop thinking about my intro.
can anybody give me any advice on a good intro. i was thinking of starting out with a list of the positive things that we gain from learning and then somehow lead to my thesis(which is very simple and generic right now).
Also i need 2 or 3 more points to write about to meet the pages requirement, but i don't know what else to write about. So far i have written about
phychological
finding out what you believe wasn't true (allegory of the cave)
loss of beauty , for example an english teacher cant enjoy reading as much as he use to because he is always criticizing or looking for run ons, errors, etc
social
pretending to be something your not to" fit in" ex. talking less educated or pretending to be ignorant to not look like a geek in front of your friends
Thanks in advance, i really need help with my intro
