Grammar, Usage / "Korean: teaching, learning" - some questions for a video [2]
I am trying to make a video and these are my lines:
-------
oh hi!
have you ever thought about learning Korean?
yes? that's good!
no? well, that's okay. After watching this video, you might like Korean!
before I begin teaching you about Korean,
let me briefly introduce myself to you.
My name is Jay, and I've been living in the United States for 5years now.
I was born in 1992, so I'm 18 now.
And I am a senior in high school.
As you can see, I am just a normal average boy.
Also, my English skill is not perfect,
so you would hear me speaking English slowly and sometimes wrong.
please bear with that.
okay, I think this is enough information for you to know about me.
Now, let me tell you the reason why I am making this video.
well I thought to myself how I can contribute to the world,
and then realized that I know how to speak Korean!
So, I decided to teach people Korean language.
And then I thought to myself,
"well, What's the most effective way that people can learn Korean? how can I teach them?"
then here was my answer.
"Make a video and upload it on YouTube!"
Yes, it's just simple like that.
And I think it's easier to learn Korean by watching the videos rather than reading those difficult Korean learning books.
So, why am I making this video? well, I just felt like it!
Now, I will tell you how I will teach you Korean.
This is not from any Korean textbook; it's just from my HEAD.
So I might say something incorrectly.
Please be generous and understandable for this young child.
alright, now you will think to yourself,
"why is this guy in weird custom?"
the reason that I am wearing this is because of my theory:
"the sillier I look, the more affective that I can get people's attentions."
Do you know about Kahn? a guy who teaches lots of subjects by making videos?
well, this is the same idea, except this is a mini version of his work.
Okay, I think I introduced everything about my video.
By the way, this is a not-for-profit video.

Now, let's get down to business!
