Tv and Its drawbacks

Nowadays, TV is considered as a very powerful medium .although it has some benefits which could be included in entertaining people ,it has also numerous disadvantages such as ; influencing violence within the children, changing the social relations and behaviours , and wasting time on aimless programs.

Televising can be very dangerous because of its power to influence violence within the children. Today, children are considered as large loyal audiences of television so that they can be influenced by television movies that contain violence easily. Also, children who are very addicted to television and who watch movies that contain too much violence like to imitate what happen in the movie and apply it in the reality which lead them to be violent .

Furthermore, children who watch too much violence through television can be affected negatively and suffer from many mental diseases. Finally, television is very dangerous for people especially for children because they spent too much time watching television so they are more likely to be influenced by this medium.

Changing the social relations and behaviours are one of the drawbacks of spending too much time on television. Television has played a role in changing the relations of members in a family .communication between parents and children has been reduced because the time when families members have to communicate in has been occupied by the act of watching television, so that the relation between children and parents has been changed. Also, television played another role in changing the behaviours in a society, because of imitating the behaviours of people from other cultures. In general, television can be factor in reshaping a new society with new behaviours and traditions.

Television contains many bad and aimless programs that could influence the audience badly. Some programs in television are aimless and have no benefits. Nevertheless, many people who are addicted to television spend too much time on these programs and waste their precious time on useless programs .also some children prefer to spend time on television rather than doing their homework's and waste the time on useless programs. In short, spending too much time watching television is great waste of time.

Finally, although television has some benefits it has also many drawbacks. The worst drawbacks are mainly spreading violence within the children, change the social relations , and allow people to lose and waste their time.

After graduating from a high school, many students prefer to continue their study at college or university because of many reasons; they consider university as a useful place to gain experience, a place to discover new cultures, and an area to involve their knowledge.

Every experience gained from studying at a university is very useful because of many reasons, it shapes their personality, makes them wise, decide their career. Firstly, it can help in shaping their personality and make it strong and adaptable with the society where they live. Secondly, it is useful especially in some decisive and urgent situations that need people to be wise and intelligent. Thirdly, every experience they gain can be a decisive factor in choosing the career that they will follow in the future after graduating from college. in short, gaining experience from university can help in shaping personality, adopt students with society, and chose for them the suitable career.

Being at college leads many students to discover new things and meet foreign people from different countries and cultures. Interacting and communicating with foreign people can be an opportunity for the students to discover new cultures which enrich their knowledge about them. Also, meeting foreign people can students a clear image about how foreign people behave, act or react in their countries, or in general how they live. Besides, interacting with foreign students can develop some features in student's personality such as the coexistence and fraternity between the different cultures.

Gaining and gathering knowledge can be a strong factor that leads many students to attend the university. While studying at university, every student receive a large amount of information's about different subjects at the university, the importance of these information's is that it is related to their everyday's life and to their culture. For example, my brother who used to study at a university has a lot of information's about many cultures because he has met many foreign students at university.

To sum up, the university plays an important role and it is very helpful in constructing student's personality. Because it prepare students for being responsible, well experienced with solid knowledge and backgrounds, and good citizens in the future.

THE IMMIGRATION

The immigration, as a decision maked by a person is an act that occurs, because of some factors especially in the under developed countries and the most importants causes or reasons are mainly social reasons, politic reasons and economic reasons.

For the first reason which is the social one , the underdeveloped countries know and suffer from crisis at the economic level, this factor leads the people to immigrates abroad in order to gain money , and find a work. Also, poverty leads many people and pushes them to search for a work and gain money to solve their problems and afford their needs, but this isn't available or easy to reach in their home country, so that they choose to travel abroad where the work is available and the cost of living isn't rising, and where they can improve their social situation.

For the second reason, which is politic, and as we know, in some countries especially the underdeveloped one there is some civil wars between the citizenship, this fact means that there is no peace in that country and automatically we know that when there is no peace there is no normal life, because when the war start it damaged anything and everyone who is in front of it, and because of all that some people choose to travel abroad and avoid any trouble caused by the war.

At least, and for the third reason, which is the economic one, the most underdeveloped countries suffer from the low salaries that the workers get, which push many of them to think of the immigration .Also, those countries don't afford for all the people enough jobs especially for the younger's that are considered as new comers to the job market where they shocked when they discover that there isn't enough jobs for them and so that their decision will be surely to travel abroad or to immigrate definitively . But the most dangerous problem is that some younger's travel even if they have high degrees in different domains and this will leads those countries to fall in the problem of BRAIN DRAIN, so that their immigration could be a great loss for their countries, especially in a time where there countries are in a great need for their knowledge.

Finally, and in my opinion I think that every under country must afford enough jobs, especially for the Youngers those that are considered as the future of the country, and try to reduce the social problems and then stop the immigration.
