Toefl Some people prefer to plan activities for their free time very carefully. Others choose not to make plans at all for free time. What do you prefer planning or not planning for your leisure time? Use specific reason to support your answer.

Most people think that weekend or free time is a time of leisure after doing planned work and following a schedule whole week, so the purpose is to take rest without bothering about any planning. Owing to take the full advantage of my free time I, however, prefer to plan my weekend. By scheduling my free time, I avoid wasting my time and take care of my family, friends and sleep.

Acknowledging the need of having some free time, for a fresh start, I always make plans for it. If I want to play golf and meet a friend, but I don't schedule my time for awake up, and taking breakfast then I might miss an important meeting with some friend or community golf game on weekend. Being a family man, I am accustomed of spending some time with my family that can only be possible if I schedule my time in such a way that I can meet my friends, as well as have a dinner with my family.

People mostly spend the whole week or do their job according to a schedule. People, who do not have a plan for their leisure work, are usually late for their work or unable to accomplish the assigned task. Students can miss preparation for the test or quiz since they play without planning.

My body rhythm doesn't allow me to work without plan. I sleep at time, but if I stayed awake and watch movies, without planning, late at night on weekend, I wouldn't be able to get up on time the next morning. I can ruin my Monday, the first day of a week, after getting to the work late and by feeling drowsiness the rest of the day.

World is moving in a fast pace and getting some free time in such a mechanized life is blissful. I always prefer to plan my free time in such a way that I can be able to have some rest, as well as enjoy with my friends and relatives.

In a day a person has to spend most of his time with others while attending the school, doing a job or at a house with family. When it comes to spending your spare time, then, you have a choice. Being with my friends makes me happy, I forget about my problems and they have positive effect on my personality so I prefer to spend my time with my friends.

People say that man is a social animal, and I am in complete accord with that. I can't stand with sitting in a room, or watch some movie alone. If I do so I get bored. However, with my friends I laugh a lot even at simple gags. After rigorous work of whole week, I want to go for outing on weekend and in order to cherish the holiday I need my friends who make even a simple journey a memorable tour.

Most people have to face hardships and dilemmas in their lives. During such situations, when you are already coping up with your woes and regrets alone, you really need some friend to conciliate our pain. Only a friend, with whom I shared moments of respite, can put him in my shoes and can console me.

Living with friends makes you hospitable and you learn how you can be nice when you meet another person. You can get along with others, despite your differences. You like to live with people and if it happens to go to an unfamiliar place, you can easily make friends who can act as medicine for homesickness.

Some people might like living alone. I, however, find peace and happiness in company of my friends. They take my mind off the stresses, cheer me up and always there whenever I need them.
