Hi guys! Can you please help me organize my paragraph and look for grammar mistakes. Its very important since it may somehow reflect my admission to this program
The task it :Please describe your interests and background in science and mathematicsScience and mathematics wasn't something that I was always interested. In my childhood it was a torture for me to solve a math problem or to get ready for biology test. Later on I got a new teacher that helped me a lot and I am very thankful for that. From the first day of her lessons she saw that I have a potential to do better and she pushed me as hard as she could. She took her time and it was worth it. Right now, being a sophomore I love math and science. Every time I hear about a contest or science fair, I want to be a part of it. When I was in 8th grade, I participated in science fair and it was truly significant for me. I had an extremely good time presenting my project and evaluating other students' work.
When I came to America, two years ago, I realized that here I have so many opportunities to study science and math. For me, having classes in the lab has been something new, since I didn't have that in my home country. Doing the experiment and finding the unknown in my laboratory techniques class caught my interest. Studying chemistry, biology helped me realize that this is what I want to do in the future. I decided that going into medical field will be a right choice for me.
