I personally think it is wayy to informal. I applied Early Action to stanford and got accepted!! but mine was much more formal and i used just two examples, not a list of every characterisitc i think i am. so you might want to expand on only One of you oxymorons.

it is not a very strong essay. it only talks about one way you approach the world--prove everything. you might to come up with a better example. are you interested in any other subjects?

like you mentioned language-greek and prose, maybe you should write about poetry or how learning a language has taught you to apporach the world or has defined you.

and you do have great writing skills, just use them for another topic!
