Undergraduate / The Grandma Effect, My potential essay for college applications [5]

Your essay is lovely remind me of my grandma who is not lenient but tries 2 ensure we all go to school. My observaton is that you let the readers wonder alot by not be detailed in your explanation. When you state a point you should explain further your reason for it.

Writing Feedback / Do you prefer using machines or doing work by hand? 'Machines are quite precise' [4]

Machines are d easiest and fastest means of doing work yet are sometimes unreliable. They are d easiest being that it involve less stress. One can carry out different chores with the use of machines. For example instead of washing manually which usually is time consuming, machines makes it easier. A whole family's clothes can be washed quickly than when done manually Although it is time based it is preferable. It can be unreliable because its not all clothes that can be washed using machines. Another example is a mower. Instead of the manual method of clearing which is not only time consuming and stressful but also exhausting with the use of machine it will be easier and fastest. Machines make use of electricity (power supply) which makes its use futile wen its not available. In a laundry home for example an enterpreneur is sure to be at a loss unless there is constant supply of power. Just as there are work machines can carry out so also those hands can't do, though both work hand in hand. A machine can't just do the work itself less it knocks but need hands to assist in doing its work.
