There is no doubt that having general knowledge of culture or language where you land at will bring more benefits than drawbacks of not doing so. The essay below will draw some point to make clear this issue.

The obvious things that your awareness will help you both avoid violating local taboos and approach the resident's life when you come and see the new land. For instance, when you visit the Asian temples, it is not permitted to wear short and colorful clothes because it is impolite for the saint. Another example, the Indonesian can consider you like an arrogant act if you fold your arms or put your hand inside the pocket while talking with others. Moreover, it is comfortable to communicate, chat and open your relationship. When you meet an American at first time, it will make sure that instead of be surprised and not done anything if they say "hello" and smile, you will wave your hand and smile to them.

It is an interesting experience for traveller when they set their in new destination. Turning into working as businessman, it is believed that you are always appreciated if you have international partnership specially in foreign. To have a possession this, it actually makes troubles. But if you have found your co-operator's information, everything will change. For example, Japanese is considering as strict requirements, but they regard you with higher point if you are good at earning money and caring your family. And then making a profit, long time contracts or successful cooperation is not matter.

Coming back the issue, if you do not have any information about new destination, it is certain that you will keep in mind about "cultural shock". Such as you can regard American with suspicion or judge them incorrectly when they say "hello" and smile to you.

Some people resist that " The Devil you know is better than the one you do not " or unchange is better without thinking of its problem and solution. In this essay , unchange's key and consequence will be focused on in general

Firstly, people have tended to remain unchange or another phrase is they don't like alternation, they do the same work day by day and the result is they are lack of emotion about their life. It is obvious that there are a large number of students who always complaint about their boring lesson .And it is so strange that though the lesson is terrible , they can even afford it instead of making resolution, repairing their errors. There is simple and immediated solution for this problem that they should add some new their activities such as going to club, working in pair or in group of friends, joining in conference for student, many others.

Secondly, some people accept their present because they are not brave enough to make life-changing decision. Besides, they forget that they are constant with regrets and many opportunities are missed wastely. They can become richer, happier, more successful when they dare change on time. Therefore, they need to analyse all risk which is going to happen to them since they live in a society which aspects have never exist independently. For example, the lesson is boring due to the teaching way , they want to change another teaching , the solution are they can ask to change teacher or their teacher must alter another teaching way . The situations are their device can be refused or accepted , they can be disliked or supported by the teacher and others, they can sucess or fail in their asking, they can change or remain their issue. Do they remember that they consider which is better exactly not stimately.

Thirdly, they can be stress or even stay in high level stress if they worry about the change's problem . Some student is ill even some killed herself after the change had happened that her broken to her boy friend. Another is the deadth of the rich whoes company is broken , they are profound of convenient life , in the blinking eye they become the poor who own nothing. Although the change is extremely surprise, it is better that they do not think about change in negative way .They are the person who make desicion, they can choose which , where and when is better to them as they understand themselves most.
