Intro to my contributions essay !!! check it out!!

"As a student at UTSA, I pledge not only to be a positive role model in the class room but out of it as-well. I vouch that my contributions to the roadrunner university will be beneficial as I hope to walk on UTSA's athletic teams such as the track team and basketball team. I would also like to join and participate in the intramurals that UTSA has. I also wish to join the roadrunners organized clubs and have a positive impact on them. Education is a tool that must be used everyday in order to be succesfull and I see UTSA to guiding me to a brighter future"

OK folks just let me know whats needed to be done. Im not really down with this intro but its somthing! so please help me! oh and roadrunner is the universitys mascot for those who were wondering lol

Undergraduate / "What I can contribute to UTSA" (University of Texas at San Antonio) [5]

Ok folks I need some assistance on the topic " What I can contribute to UTSA" . I was denied admission to UTSA for the 2009 fall semester and wanted to do somthing about it. I did some research and decided to try and get into UTSA by doin the admission appeal process. I already did the appeal letter like it states to have and also recieved a recommindation letter ,all is left is a personal essay. The essay i chose was yep you guess it! " what I can contribute to UTSA as a student". Now I have some ideas already but im still stumped on how to go about this essay.I was very active athletically in high school. I played all varsity sports all 4 years Track,football, basketball and baseball. I joined just the science club and i was also active in that .I come from a small town here in texas .Could I possibly put somthing like in my essay? like extracuricular activies?I really want to get in at UTSA to attain my computer science degree. If anyone had to do or helped someone with a similar situation like mine,I would really be thankfull if anyone could point me in the rite direction!
