HELP with topic - upcoming educational experience and future commitment

I'm a high school senior applying for the Woodford R. Porter scholarship for U of L. The essay question is "How will your upcoming educational experience contribute to your future commitment of uplifting your campus community and/or the community at large." I have no idea where to start. I know I want to major in Sports Administration though.
