Growing up in a family surrounded by medical doctors, mom, dad, elder brother and sister in law, being medical doctors; everyone was expecting me to follow their path. However, medical studies never arose my interest as a subject, instead I was always fascinated by watching how fast the businesses move in today's dynamic world. With that I found my passion for business and finance which led me to pursue my studies in Finance and Economy.

After finishing my bachelor degree in Finance (B.Sc) and master degree in Economics (M.A) from Pune University, I started working as an Accounting officer for Leader Asia Construction Company (Afghanistan). Where I had the opportunity to change the company's paper based accounting system into a computer based accounting system. My passion for academics made me take an evening based lecturer position at Arya University, where I thought Micro Economics for over 2 years. After working as an accounting officer for a year, I joined Project Implementation Unit (Literacy Unit), German society for international development as an administration officer. Where after 11 months I was promoted to position of Deputy Head of Literacy unit. With the help of my colleagues we almost doubled the number of our training units. We also developed some new MS word and MS excel base templates to help the project better record and track the activities and progress of our training units.

Then the time came for me to leave my jobs and Afghanistan to join my wife and son in Montreal, Canada. Coming to Montreal opened a new chapter in my life with some challenges to face and a number of opportunities to choose from.

Since in Canada my long term goal is to create an exporting venture which will be marketing and exporting refurbished personal computers and mobile phones from North American market specifically Canada to Afghanistan, a market in which people are paying the price for a new PC or phone not knowing that, what they are getting is refurbished or remanufactured. I want to change this term in Afghanistan market with offering those item under refurbished name and price.

And to achieve that goal I have to know the North American and especially Canadian personnel computer and mobile phone market. And I would start my learning process by getting an insight knowledge of Business and business administrations in North America. Which will make me ready to enter the Canadian job market as a marketing officer, where I would get to face the real world of business in Canada and would get to know the Canadian market and help myself in gathering data for my further uses.

Your Program will help me find a better place in Canadian job market and on the other hand it will help me combine my previous studies and experience with whole lot of new and more practical business concepts which I will learn throughout the course along with real world case studies. And I am sure that my background and what I will learn from this program, will have a huge impact on my personnel and professional life.

The student's different educational background and multicultural diversity makes the class room fun, lively and a place to be. On the other hand the program curriculum is a blend of all the concepts I want to learn, better to say it is a tailor made program for my needs.
