IELTS - Young or old employees? Which are more valuable for the company? [2]
Every manager
's goal is to select the best personnel.
What kind of stuff they must choose (don't use stuff, too general.) You can try: The qualities they must take under consideration depend
s on the specifics of the job. If
some (again, too general.) If a job requires experienced employees, the other job requirement is more young and energetic employees.
However (wrong word)
Even though , older employees are more experienced, from my point of view, young people have
the ability to perform the job well, because they are more motivated, purposeful, active and have a sense of responsibility.
There is no doubt that, it is very important for the company to have
more experienced staff, but it is also a known fact that employees who have been working with one company for many years
may (not everyone loses his or her motivation)
they have lost their motivation and
they may be staying with the company
in salary expectation -Doesn't make sense- because of the salary they receive. Moreover, if the concrete job is the daily routine for older people, young people can change the whole environment, I consider them to (you are making a very big generalization here) have more energy and ideas
on how to improve the company.
ForOn the other hand, young people attempt to be settled in the company. So they need to get recognized in society and they are working more for the company than old people. I strongly believe, that young people ought to have
more a larger chance to
gain achieve their goals
and reach their achievement because they are more valuable for the company.
After all, old employees must give their experience and knowledge to young employees. In my opinion, we must
get chance give them a chance to realize their ideas and views (I think
objectives would go better here). Companies must
use their activity (doesn't make sense. Do you mean
make their decisions ?) very correctly and accurately because it is very important to get staff who give your company more benefits.
