Writing Feedback / Characteristic of business models. [4]
There must be a lot of grammar mistakes plz help me with it. Please change the first and second person point of view into third person. Thank you all!
Now We have known deeply about the importance of business model. But How can we invent, design or realize new buiness model systematiclly? How can we question,challenge or transfer those obsolete business model?If we are committed to this , How we can transfer those visionary ideas into business model to challenge the rules of game or reborn it`s vigour.
The idea behind business model is to develop company framework in order to achieve customer value maximization, the elements of the inside and outside can make the enterprise run together, form a complete efficient operation system with unique core competitiveness, and through the optimal realization forms to meet customer demand, realize the customer value, at the same time, make the system achieve sustained profitable overall solution.
Every business model innovation can bring a competitive advantage in certain time to the company. But time flies by , the company must continually to rethink the design of its business. As consumer values from an industrial transfer to another industry, companies must constantly change their business model. The success or failure of a company is ultimately depends on whether it's commercial design can meet the demand of the priority of consumers.
Generally enterprise will meet one problem, When enterprise growth into a larger scale. They will need more investment to supporting their company or research new technology. From where I stand this problem already exist before your company was established. When you design your company you did n`t really think out a good solution to solve financial problem. Which means your business model are not really maturity. You can not do what you just have only one or two steps in your mind. You have to get a complete plan,that is the rudiment of a business model. A complete business model must be a closed loop, Each steps of sales have to be defined before you start to sell. A mature business model will not get return after investing several years . There will be several different profit points in different terms.
but if it has their own suitable efficacious , profit model is the key point of success . In some way ,business model is your company get your profit via which way. For example Beverage company get benefits by sell drinks ,supermarket get benefits by platform and store goods . But nowadays market demands become more and more distinct, all kinds of resources had defined more accurate. Business model already beyond its old form . Originality instead of old business model ,including :product/market concept ,services concept ,supply chain concept , the new system which constitute a mix system is needed combining market demand and resources.
Business model must have the following two characteristics. Business model to be considered as a whole, the concept of system, not just the composition of a single factor. Such as revenue models (advertising, registration fee, service charge), to provide customers the value of (on price competition, competition) on the quality, organizational structure (sui generis business unit, integration of network capacity), etc. These are important parts of the business model, but not all.
Part of the business model must have the inner link between, the intrinsic relation between each component, so that they support each other, work together, forming a virtuous circle.
