Writing Feedback / I don't know how to add more depth into my essay! Help me. [3]

Sorry for the late reply but everything is okay! I've been working really hard lately to try and understand what my English teacher was saying and now I know what she means. Not going to lie , it's still hard to grasp the depth of the essays I've been writing but I've been getting excellence's on the last three practice essays I wrote ( so yay! ) Thank you for trying to help me though! Truly appreciate it :)

I wrote an essay for our practice exams on Miss Brill written by Katherine Mansfield. The question I wrote my essay on was
"Describe at least ONE method the writer used to help reveal human nature in the written text(s). Explain how this method helped you understand human nature".
