Describe briefly the impact of this academic programme on the development of your main activity/education/career ?

This programme will help me grow from a biomedical engineer who can build medical devices and health apps into someone who can manage projects that bring technology into real hospitals. During my undergraduate studies, I learned how to develop biomedical devices, mobile apps, and data systems. But I have limited experience applying them in real healthcare or understanding the business side.

Through this program, I will gain hands-on experience in three main areas. In Hamburg, I want to deepen my technical and engineering skills by working with cutting-edge biomedical devices and learning methods to improve their design and reliability. In Porto, I aim to understand clinical applications, hospital workflows, and how healthcare staff actually interact with technology. In Lille, I will learn product management, healthcare marketing, and how to bring devices from prototype to adoption in real-world settings.

I want to use these skills to take a project from the lab to a clinic. For instance, I could design a digital health system for hospitals in Indonesia, then work with hospital staff to make it practical, and finally apply business knowledge to ensure it can be implemented widely. This programme will allow me to move into roles like digital health project manager, clinical technology consultant, or medical product developer.
