Hey guys. I'm new to this forum so... ye.
Well, I'm trying for a scholarship to a school called 'Eynesbury Senior College', and they require you to do a 200-300 word personal statement about your self, your goals, and why you would like to attend Eynesbury. This is my statement:
My name is Rishabh Goyal, and I am 13 years old. I have been attending Cedar College since 2011 and I am looking forward to move to Eynesbury College. My most favourable hobbies are table-tennis, badminton and video games. I enjoy a variety of subjects, mainly science, mathematics and information technology. My strongest subjects are mathematics, science, information technology, art, geography and history.
It is my life-long goal to become a doctor, someone capable of preventing and helping others in ways that not possible with other careers. I want to change the world, by researching a cure or applying new cures to patients. My aim is to work hard, but also have a peace of mind. I wish to stay healthy by playing sport, and live a cheerful and joyful life. I hope to have children, and provide them an education so they can also achieve their goals.
I want to attend Eynesbury, because I feel it is the best route for my education. Eynesbury inspires me, because it challenges students in an insightful and meaningful way. Eynesbury is different, because it offers one-on-one support for students, and students and teachers work in an informal atmosphere. Eynesbury not only prepares students for year 12, but also for university.
I'm not really sure on how to start my introduction and end with a conclusion? Can you guys help me?
Thanks.
