Wow, there are so many people supporting you! Cheer up!!! I believe you can do better with practice because I face the same thing, and I think it's important to have a native speaker friend, or at least a friend who speaks English well. As you talk with them, try to be confident and listen to all the corrections they give you. I hope both of us can develop our English skills :)
I am a bit shy, when I have to speak in English, I always worry about my mistakes; I lack confidence
ofc i agree with this because me too myself facing this problem but we can start by texting and making online friends and then slowly slowly when you are like true frnds who hv no shy and stuff you can talk right. try using this method at first.. when you talk ull know how peaceful it is rather than keeping inour head
I used to feel very shy when I had to speak English. I was constantly worried about making mistakes, and that made me lack confidence. My friends would just talk freely in English, and somehow they managed to get their messages across, even if they didn't speak perfectly. My teacher told me that if I don't try to learn and practice English, I'll never be able to use it when I really need it someday. I realized that I often limit myself by only practicing in my room, thinking it's enough. But I believe that trying to speak more, even when I'm nervous, really helps. Keep practicing and don't give up-little by little, I think we can improve!

Hi there! You should try speaking in front of a mirror, trust me, it helps so much. Whenever I had to give a speech, and I wasn't fluent, I would just stand in front of the mirror and repeat the paragraphs over and over again. It builds confidence, body language, posture, and the eye contact pattern. Good luck!
@phuongtran There was a time when we all felt shy about speaking English. If I shared my first experiences of speaking English with you, you might then think to yourself, "Oh no, I'm in a much better place now."
When doing anythings, mistakes will always happen. So, don't be afraid it, and use that inmovation to develop. Gook luck!
