E9C:
The subject I like most in school is English. I believe that English has a great value in life, has something
to gain, has something in store for the future, and it will help with grammar.
English is the structure of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. English is the study of the
ways sentences of a language are. Its the rules of use of words, also classifying and analyzing
the ways of English.
The value English has for me is, I can use it in life for when I start my career.
The value I'll gain to come, like knowing what I'm doing when writing properly or
using words correctly.
What I'll expect to gain. I'll expect to gain, knowledge something I'll know what I'm doing,
knowing what to expect, knowing how to. Understanding proper English, I'll gain understanding
in English.
What the future holds in studying English. For the future I will have done a field in English
in college, that will be one of the fields I've done to become a Lawyer then later on a Judge .
That is why English is my favorite subject in school. I know that whatever career a person
chooses in life, whether a cook, laborer, or some top executive job, English is very essential.
You can tell when someone knows proper English and when someone doesn't, as an example,
you have a conversation with someone you never met, you can tell they don't talk proper and
speak very uneducated. Like having slang words and talking with words not properly used.
And then when someone does know proper usage of English they can get a better job, for instants
if u speak properly you can get hired answering the phone at a 911 dispatcher ,a court
reporter,an interpreter, a teacher, a manager , or Liberian the options are extended.
Its a shame that most Americans don't know proper English Grammar.
For instants I was on a Social Network and commented on a post that my friend posted
and then her friends commented and then their friends commented and after reading a
huge conversation that's going on no one knew proper English no punctuation, spelling
slang and miss-spelled words, and you couldn't even know what they were saying.
Slang words are being used more and more everyday that there even making "slang
word converters" on the internet.
Knowing proper English provides useful, educated, information, that has a great value,
and is needed in life.
That's if you want to succeed in life and in a career.
