The job of a babysitter is not routine since children can be unpredictable at times. I started to babysit when I was thirteen years old. I always had an affection with kids, every time that I used to see one I used to stop and play with them. However, I start too repair that it was the same way around, everywhere that I used to go at least on kid would start to talk to me. Thei way that they talk, the way that act they is so innocent that is why always loved them. That is when I started to see that I could put all together and find a job in which I would work with kids. Now, already working 3 years as a babysitter I can truly say how much it turned out to be important to me over all. I see my job as not just a child care, but after all as an way of making them learn new things, and help in the child's grow. This job also made me get more mature in which I had mastered the challenges of feeding, bathing, playing, and much more. It made me learn I lot of new things in life, in which I know that I will need to be able to know on my future. Babysitting has become a part of my everyday life and has taught me how to be responsible and reliable young adult.

When you say "the opposite is also true" it makes it sound like you also DON'T have an affection for children.
I see my job not just as child care, but as a way of making them learn new things, and helping them grow. Actually put the subject in instead of "Them" because the thems can be confusing... :)
