Why do you feel that Seattle University is a good match with your educational goals?

Seattle University is a respected university and the graduates are taught how to learn, not just to receive a degree. Ultrasound technicians that I have talked to say that Seattle University graduates are respected in the field and are hired before other technicians. I want to be a knowledgeable and respected member of the community. I desire to advance my education by obtaining a baccalaureate degree. After graduating from SU, I will be the first in my family to gain a baccalaureate degree. With a baccalaureate degree, I will have many options available to me in my career as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

Ultrasound is a meaningful and exciting field of study. To be able to see inside someone's body is amazing. With this ability, I hope to help patients become healthier by maybe catching cancer early enough to help or spotting a potential blood clot before it becomes an aneurism. Since I was young, I have always been interested in biology and technology. Ultrasound is a perfect blend of both for me. I will use the ultrasound technology to see the human anatomy.

Really? What makes you think this? Sounds like meaningless stuff... I hope you'll change it so that it starts with a sentence that tells something specific about this school compared to other schools. Is there a prof you admire? Do you know of a program that is aligned with your goals in a way that other schools' programs are not?
