Hi, this is my first time posting. Please be harsh. The characters are slightly over the limit so I'll try to cut it down.
And what can I do about the repetition of the word "inspiration" in the last paragraph? I can't think of any synonyms that will suffice the replacement.
From the eyes of an eight-year-old boy, the majestic sound of Yanni's symphony grabbed more attention than Superman's powers-maybe too much attention as I was later called the "racket-maker". After watching the concert, everything in my sight became an instrument; naturally, the chopsticks served as my drumsticks at the dinner table.
Since my introduction to Yanni, music has always been a part of my life. As I submerge myself into the melody of Solo de Concours with my Buffet clarinet, I forget about what is going on around me; rather, I focus on myself and relax. In moments of tranquility, music becomes a driving source of inspiration. After a stressful day, Mozart's Clarinet Concerto is what impels me to finish my homework until my bedtime and, yet, remind myself that there are things to appreciate and enjoy every day. Since my first exposure, music has always been about inspiration. With music, I hope to inspire an unaware soul like my eight-year-old self to have the same surreal impact that I had-to start a virtuous cycle of inspiration.
