Changing jobs often or doing the same job?
Choosing a job is not only a choice but also one of the key factors deciding the future of one's person. Whilst some hold the belief that doing the same job is advantageous to the public, there are those who say that they should forsake the old job to find a new one. Personally, it is dependent on human demands.
Firstly, there are various reasons why humans want to change jobs and one of these is dissatisfaction. It is common that even though employees dedicate themselves to their jobs, the salaries, extra money or welfare services of the companies do not meet their needs, leading to the incompatibility with their efforts. Moreover, in reality, humans are the living organisms invariably moving forward, resulting in demands for seeking out more development opportunities. Finding a new appropriate job, they can move up the career ladder and make a name for themselves as a successful person.
On the other hand, it is true that doing the same job gives humans numerous benefits and one of its positives is its sustainability. Contrary to freelance, working all the time for a single organization refrains humans from not going on with new fellow workers at their new workplace. As humans spend most of the time in their lives being accompanied by their colleagues, the mood at work plays a crucial role, determining the quality and quantity of their work. Furthermore, signing a rolling contract, especially with the government, can cater humans for various welfare services and extra bonus after a substantial amount of time working on a particular field. In other words, humans can get a pay rise relying on the duration of work.
All things considered, I firmly believe that whether amending the jobs or remaining the jobs is individual each to his own. Individuals need to consider carefully before coming to a conclusion.
