[b]Studying the English language in an English speaking country is the best but not the only way to learn language.

This is the best way to learn the English in the country where it is widely spoken such as Britain and America. However, I belive that this is not only way to learn the language, the basic of grammar we should learn on our country.
First of all, mostly students' start to learn English in an elementary school and at university, they have good knowledge of English grammar, but they can not speak fluently. The basic of grammar would be very helpful when they go to abroad for study. However some time it more frustrating to learn English in an English speaking country. Students are very worried about their accommodation, food and even expenditure. When they learn English in own country, they can more concentrate on their education. If they want to learn more quickly, they can also take some private English class.
Furthermore, some people believe that without study an English speaking country, students can not perfect that language. They point out that when students would live with British family, they would have found more times to speaking and listening English, they can communicate with British people everyday. Without knowing of their culture it's very difficult to understand English, when they live different culture, they learn more easily that language. In school period they would have found native speaker. In this case, not only students will improve their listening and speaking skills, but also developing writing and reading skills as well.
To my mind, if we want to learn any language then we should try to learn that language in our own country. After that we can easily survive in those country where it spoken.
