This is YOUR essay. Not mine. It should be clearly stating YOUR point of views, YOUR ideas and what thoughts YOU have on the topic. Why don't you do a brainstorm and jolt down what comes to mind, then we'll see where we can go from there? So, for example: finding who killed the dog. Why is the fact that he found out who killed the dog so important? What impact did it have on his life and the lives of the people around him? How did it affect the plot of the novel in general?

Personally, I don't really like this topic as a whole, but that is my opinion, not yours. What are the other options?

I'm also doing an essay about the Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time and could appreciate some feedback on my essay as well:

Curious Incident-Explain how Christopher changes throughout the course of the novel

Hi everyone! I am having trouble coming up with ways Christopher Boone changes throughout the novel. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!

I also need to use specific quotes/references from the novel

well, have you read the novel ?

Read the novel and go through several summaries on the internet. ( spark notes) Personally, I would read the summary first, then go through the novel.

Its an excellent novel, a very good ride.

Give me a like/ up vote if this helped. :)
