I have asked to write about this
"What is the more important natural or nurture???"
Actually I have no idea about both sides...What should I do? or who has information could help me with outlines? :(
First, start getting some ideas on both by looking up what each means (dictionary or google.) Write down what strikes you as interesting in what you research, which can either contrast or compare the words' meanings. You will soon develop your own views, opinions, beliefs about each of them. Some interesting patterns and formations should appear, which then will (I hope) emerge as an outline for your essay.
These are very interesting words. I am surprised that they would be asked on an admissions essay. Post your outline and I'd be glad to give more feedback!!
Yes, that is some great advice. This is a big question: Is your personality determined by your experiences or by your "innate nature."
Nature: Are you YOU because of your parents' genes, and perhaps because of your "eternal soul?"
Nurture: Are you YOU because of the stuff you learned from experience.

Great advice and way to start you paper. It's definitely important to give your own personal examples and observations of which one you think is more important. Do research, read some case studies about nature and nurture. Make a list on a paper-one side nature, the other nurture-all the information you find for each. Look it over and see which side you think you have the more information on, and how you can back it up-then just start writing! :)

I recently wrote an essay on a similar topic. It was about whether children can be taught to become good sportsmen or musicians even if they do not have natural talent.
You can use stereotypes and traditions to explain the nurture theme, which can be easily supported by examples.
For the natural part, as Kevin says, genetic inheritance can be explained. Use examples wherever possible. Describe whether a genius can be made or has to be god-given.
Finally conclude your argument with a logical statement.

I am very new in this thread. I may be somewhere wrong but just trying to give my view.
Nature and nurture both are important in two different sense. I think you can start the essay by defining both the term in two different way.
I think both ershad and kevin are in a right way of defining natural and nurture.

Then you can be able to start your essay.
There are a lot of examples about which one is more important:natural or nurture?
For example, the CEO of the General Electric. He had a slight stutter throughout his childhood, which at first stroke him. However, this innate defect didn't stop him from being a chairman of General Electric. His mother who gave him a lot of supports and guide nurtured him to have self-confidence.(You can search Google to find some specific instances).
