My thesis for this prompt is
Because some of the characters in the novel, The Count of Monte Cristby Alexandre Dumas, forgives or is forgiven through love, the two ideas work together as a theme for forgiveness was resulted by love.
Is this thesis good or bad??
And how would I write two topic sentence on this topic??

You could rewrite it like this: In the novel, The Count of Monte Cristo, by Alexandre Dumas, the themes of love and forgiveness work together as, through finding love, the Count also finds his way to forgiveness and "ultimate bliss."

Ok I rewrote my thesis sentence...
In the novel, The Count Of Monte Cristo by Alexendre Dumas, the theme of love and forgiveness is exemplified by its characters who either forgives or is redeemed through love.
When I said topic sentence, I meant the first sentence of a body paragraph.
I have two body paragraph for this thesis. One is about character that forgives and other is about character that is forgiven.

I re-rewrote my thesis statement again!
