I have an essay for the question:

Do you intend to return to this organisation after completing your scholarship in Australia*?

So far I have encountered many obstacles in running several organizational programs. The reason is my lack of knowledge about how to formulate a curriculum that suits the conditions of Indonesian society, how to organize the education department, target students according to the program, choose teachers, administrative systems, assessment systems and others. Having me studying in Australia majoring in Education with a specialization in education management will help me to deal with these issues.

You are not answering the question. They want to be sure that you will not remain in Australia as an undocumented immigrant after you complete your studies. The prompt asks you to provide a statement of evidence that offers the reasons why you will return to your home country. The focus has to be on your professional opportunities after you return to the country. Will you still be employed by the same company? If so, in what position will it be in? Will it be a promotion? If not, then why do you still wish to return to the same organization? These are the questions you should respond to in your essay. Your current response is irrelevant. It does not apply to the prompt.

Hai, I think it will be better to just directly state 'yes i will/not' in the first sentence of your essay. It will answer the question directly. After that you can star giving your reasons to your 'yes/no'. Good luck with your application!
