(applying for Master of Accountancy program) Ethical dilemma in professional career

I'm about to apply to business school and I have problem about writing application essay.

I'm applying for Master of Accountancy program. I don't have any experience and I have to write application essay about ethical dilemma in professional career.

Where should I get started if I don't have any experience in professional career?

Please give me some ideas

but it is said in application essay that it's supposed to be about professional career. Is it ok to write other than that?

I have worked with a few students who have applied to Mac programs. Several of them did not have any experience and used their volunteer activities as their professional experience. They were all accepted.
