This is where I am ; Bachelor in Engineering Honours Degree I have led and completed numerous international technical projects from Africa to Middle East in the Mobile Telecommunication industry specifically core network design and optimization consultancy in GSM Networks. This is where I want to be; build own global management consultancy firm which provides consulting services other than technical in the business-facing areas of policy and regulation, strategy and planning, design and integration and performance and change.

The XXX Business School's MBA program is the perfect link from where I am to where I want to be. Besides the university being internationally accredited (AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB) and world recognition ranks (The Economist, the Financial Times) I am attracted by the inventiveness and uniqueness of its conceptual and practical skills which are highly sought in IT, management and consulting companies. The content of the programmes offered fit perfectly with the skill set that I require, and believe that I will greatly increase my business practical knowledge.

I value the fact that at XXX business education does not stop in the classroom, but rather continues through real life activities for example Boardroom Activity and Business Projects which are part of the XXX MBA programme. I feel that a business school should balance theory with real-world application, and XXX's MBA curriculum and hands-on experience through associations, business interaction and the management field study provide such balance.

I am also drawn to XXX Business School because of the school's emphasis on global management which is shown in courses such as Managing in the Global Environment and Globalising Management Strategy; this knowledge will be useful as I have long term aspirations in the global environment. I also appreciate the varied methods of teaching which promotes both teamwork and individual learning through interactive participation, group assignments and presentations. Additionally, the school's profusion of student groups and its flexible MBA program, for example options for electives will allow me to tailor my course of study directly to my career interests. It is precisely this flexibility that I plan to draw on while at XXX Business School and beyond, by taking advantage of (and contributing to) the school's strong national and international alumni network.

Above all, a XXX MBA will help me strengthen both the finance knowledge and the entrepreneurial skills necessary to build my own global management consulting firm. Such business acumen and knowledge, in turn, will prepare me to accomplish my long-term ambition. By developing and maximizing the technical knowledge and managerial skills I have already accumulated, XXX MBA will allow me to ultimately make a concrete and substantial decisions.

Use colons instead of semi-colons in that intro!! It is a very good idea, but use colons.
This is where I am: ...

I like Platt's ideas, especially that last one about extending the idea.

In general, though, Musiyazviriyo, I am afraid I cannot help you. This essay is nearly perfect. I will be using it to show others an example of an essay that demonstrates real focus and careful planning. You did not waste any words, and you stayed very focused on showing your clear intentions.

I don't think you need any advice!! :-)
