Hobbies, strenths, weaknesses - from India Personal Introduction paragraph

Hi

This is Ravi Palakollu from India. I have completed my graduation in the stream of Bachelor of Science at Andhra University in 2008. Bio chemistry, Zoology and Chemistry were my optional subjects.I have done my Diploma in Hardware & Networking in Datapro Computer Education in 2008. I have completed my Intermediate education at Shreeram Junior College in 2004. I completed my schooling in 2000.

My family consisting of 5 members. My father is a business man, my mother is a house wife. I have two siblings.

I have worked as a Data Entry Operator in Health Management and Research Institute from 2008 to 2010. Later, I worked as Data Processing Executive In District Industries Centre, locating at our district head quarters.

My hobbies are listening music, watching television, and playing caroms.

My strengths are self motivated and being dedicated.

My weakness is taking things to heart and getting too disappointed when things are done in the wrong way.

I can present my skill and abilities as much as possible for the growth of the organisation. The above details which I furnished are true to the best of my knowledge. I am ready to face a challenging profile from your organisation upon my skills

It is fine but would be better if you make your introduction more diverse.

For example:I love to listen music and watch TV. Besides, I very like to play caroms.

Hi,
I would like to present a few lines regarding the stress and to relieve out of stress. Please advice me some thing regarding this paragraph and suggest me the needful.

Many people were getting busy all the day now a days. They were not in a position to take care of their belongings and even about their personal things. What I feel is, this is due to the stress and involvement of work. The dealing with everyday work is extremely due to the lack of planning and perfect schedule of work. If one could plan and schedule the work properly, it is absolutely easy to get rid of stress and strain. Even for a perfect planning, there might be some obstacles. We should not bother and worry about those things. Simply, we need to ignore the unnecessary thing right then.

We must plan the work depending upon its type. It mean, the work load, the time taken to complete the task, any support required from others, like these things. If we feel that the work takes little more time, we must start early for fast completion. We should not post pone the work to some other hours. We might be engaged with another work or task at the postponed time. Then it is difficult to complete the burdened work.

Thinking about the work will not give much result rather then to start with few steps will be great full. Firstly, we must plan with few steps. The steps must be related to the progress of work. We should not tie up with another deal while we are doing the respective task.

Planning will save the time and leads to successful completion of task.

Many People are busier than ever these days. getting busy all the day now a days.

They are not in a position to take care of their belongings and even about their personal things.

What I feel is, that this is due to the stress and involvement of work.

The dealing with everyday work is extremely hard, due to the lack of planning and making a schedule of work.

Even for awith perfect planning, there might be some obstacles.

We should not postpone the work to some other hours.

Careful planning will save the time and leads to successful completion of tasks .

Learn how to take comments less seriously. Generally overly sensitive people get hurt easily when they feel someone said something to them in a 'wrong way'. Most of the time, whatever is said is not really rude or critical or even directly towards you, the person could be having a bad day, or their words are taken out of context.

Raise your level of confidence. Having confidence does not happen overnight as it take take time, maturity and practice to be sure of oneself. If someone makes a comment about you and you are either, ready to burst into tears or feel incredibly sad, respond back with a simple comment and do not overanalyze it. Think that it is not anything personal against you and take it in stride.

Stop with the 'I care so much about what everyone thinks of me' attitude. For starters, a caring attitude is a great quality and definitely needed in this world, but putting everyone else opinion of you above your own create problems. You have to build self-value in yourself and do not let a person's words ruin your whole day. Look at it this way, their words flies out their mouth, so at the end, they probably would not remember what they said. So if they do not care, why should you?

Change your thoughts and you will receive positive feedback. Reflections of own selves tend to bounce back on others so if you are super sensitive about everything in life, there will be people who will seem 'critical' of you. Improve your thoughts about yourself first and you will amaze that anyone's word will not stick like glue.

Embrace your sensitivity. There is nothing wrong with being sensitive, it shows you have concern for others but learn how to balance your sensitivity and have a thicker skin. Remember, every human who once lived on this Earth and those living in it presently has experienced a few folks that was not pleasant with their words, or had the tendency to say things without regards for other people feelings. While you cannot change these people way of thinking, take control of your own feelings and the way you express it. Also these types you should stay a distance from to keep negative energy away from you.
