'risk assessment and management and pricing of CMBS' -my research interest

This is a part of my SOP.

My research interests are primarily in two areas: risk assessment and management and pricing of CMBS. CMBS is one of the fastest growing securitized products in the capital markets and the market for CMBS has matured. Despite the importance of the topic, there has been a dearth of empirical research on commercial mortgages. As a Master of Science in Real Estate student at XX University, I was very impressed by professors for their passion for real estate and for students, and their researches are very interesting. While working with the faculty at XX University, I hope to continue my research and observe how my research will bring real, positive changes to the CMBS industry. I have gotten to know the renowned faculty as XX University and would be honored to pursue my Ph.D. studies there.

As a Master of Science in Real Estate student at XX University, I was very impressed by the professors, for their passion for real estate and for students, as their researches are very interesting.

While working with the faculty at XX University, I hope to continue my research and observe how my researchit will bring real, positive changes to the CMBS industry.
