This is my statement of purpose for a postgraduate program in Master of Professional Accounting I plan on applying to. Please suggest some improvements on my SOP please.
I have majored in Finance at ABC University in (Country) a school with a reputation for excellence in terms of its business programs. Although the rigorous academic environment presented certain challenges, I achieved a great deal and built a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. During that time at ABC University, I developed my analytical skills and learned to communicate with others effectively. During the four years of my undergraduate study, I have taken numerous courses in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Law and Practices of Banking, Auditing, Business Taxation, Business Statistics, Micro and Macro Economics, Corporate Finance. I believe that my experience at this university has prepared me well for the demands of studying in the Australia.
Now I have chosen to study Master of Professional Accounting degree in your university because I believe XYZ University is the best in master degree and also in accounting with a lot of publications and modern facilities. I believe this is the next step for me. I think that Australia is more cultural country than others and I can show my talents there and also enhance my knowledge.
My Bachelor's degree in Finance is one of the most significant and power full skilled in the field of business. Business study helps individuals and organizational efficient, utilizations of scarce resources to get a competitive edge over their competitors. Beside this business studies help in making of good business plans shows path to achieve desired goals and objectives. As my bachelor degree is also matching with my future study in Master of Professional Accounting is very close to each other.
Although Master of Professional Accounting is not available in (Country) but Australian institutes are favorite for quality of education and recognized over the globe. Australian educational institute offers an exciting learning environment where they emphasize hands on practical knowledge. The course outline of Master of Professional accounting covering every aspects that is developing of organizational objectives, managing organizational change, how to contribute for organizational development, developing of business plan, managing finances, and how to manage business process. This course will enhance my knowledge and skills. Student educated from Australian institutes are considered more professional and skilled in their respected domains.
As an international student from (Country), my cultural experience provides me insights of how the economy is working toward globalization. For a business wants to survive it must recognize the current economic trend and be able to keep its path with this fast-growing economy. Most importantly, understanding the basic language of business accounting and knowing how to interpret numbers are essential to the operation of a successful business.
In my view, acquiring knowledge of professional accounting will not only be extremely useful, but also personally rewarding and enjoyable. It is a fascinating area of study and one that I will certainly be able to apply to my future work. I am well-prepared to face the challenge of studying in your university, and I have the determination to realise my goals and complete my studies successfully. Equipped with the specialist knowledge I will gain from your university's course. For my future plans, I hope to acquire the expertise in business, and especially accounting, that will enable me to work as a professional in a multinational company. I hope to develop the language skills, leadership and organizational abilities, cultural understanding and professional expertise that will make me an effective and successful corporate person.
When this course of study will be finished I will come back to my country and hopefully I will get the job related to my field of studies. I will use my knowledge, wisdom and experiences which I will get from Australia for the betterment of my country and whole world. (Country) is developing day by day and accounting is only profession which is necessary in all types of firms. In Bangladesh there are many national and multinational firms like Chevron (Petrolium Industry), Unilever Bangladesh, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Citi NA (Citi Group, Banking Industry), Siemens (Electronics), Nokia Siemens, Ericsson(Telecom service industry), British American Tobacco and so on.
My long-term goal is to pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant in a public accounting firm. For this reason, I am seeking a professional accounting program that will further my professional objectives and fulfill my educational requirements. I sincerely believe that, my four years bachelor education in Finance and my strong desire for professional growth in my interested area will enable me to successfully fulfill the Master of Professional Accounting program.
I hope that the Master of Professional Accounting provided by XYZ University will provide a lot of advantages besides helping me to achieve my academic and professional objectives, such as: improve professional skills and knowledge, opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds, exposure to new learning environments, cultures, obtain an international perspective and by this way understand other points of view, enhance future job prospects. That degree will provide me with the necessary tools to succeed in my career.
I look forward to embark on a new educational experience in Australia. I hope to achieve my career goals by developing my skills in the field of professional accounting which I can continue to apply upon my return to my country. I will abide by Australian Laws and will not break any student visa conditions. I look forward to a positive response to my application for a student visa.

Your SOP is quite long but does not really contain all of the important requirements of a statement of purpose. Right now, this reads more like an autobiography than a statement of purpose. It is necessary for you to revise the essay in such a manner that only the most salient aspects of a statement of purpose are presented for proper consideration by the admissions personnel. These aspects should cover the following:
1. Your current occupation, length of time working in that field, and the reason why you believe that it is important for you to pursue higher studies in this field.
2. What kind of relevant training or seminars have you attended in relation to your field of work that has convinced you to pursue the next academic step in this field?
3. A summary description of your college education. There is no need to go into detail about this part.
4. Your long and short term goals and how your chosen university and advanced studies can help you achieve these.
Don't forget that you are supposed to be selling yourself as a professional in accounting who is looking towards a career advancement. As such, you need to highlight your professional qualities at present. College training and experience no longer has anything to do with the discussion. You have to sell yourself as a masters student who has the professionalism and ability to stay the course and meet its rigorous demands.
Shorten the essay by providing only the important points. That will make your paper better received and considered by the reviewer.
