Working for two of the best brands at various levels across two diverse industries helped me acquire skills indispensable, not only for an individual but also for the team an individual is a part off. Teaching at an institute got me in touch with children and people from different strata of society that helped me understand a very different aspect of marketing. Apart from analytical skills, I also enhanced my communication skills appreciably at work.

Working in teams, throughout my professional life, helped me interpret the significance of teamwork. As a team leader and a member, I sharpened my leadership skills considerably and realized how important motivation is for the team to succeed. Understanding team dynamics enabled me to achieve team targets resulting in early promotions. Ability to get along well, with my team and others, equipped me to build a strong network where in I consider myself capable enough to source information from all across the globe.

I, in a way, believe am unique and there is a lot that I can share with the group I work for. I intend to share with my fellow mates the extensive experience I have gained along with the skills and learning acquired
