I've been looking for a job, so I applied to several ones, and I received an email from one of the companies that they did accepted me, but

I didn't like the position.
so is it possible to say

"Can you put me in another position?"

It's possible, go to human resources and introduce yourself, tell them you like the company, but not your position, ask them if they have any immediate openings in another position. It's best to have good reasons why this position is not best for you, I would avoid language that makes you sound like your ungrateful for the job. Better to fame it as; your talents are being wasted in your current position... Also remember to do your best at your current job until you are moved, and hopefully to do enjoy your new position if you're are moved. Be honest with your self, is it the job or position you don't like, because if your not going to be happy with another position, than it would be best to find another job all together instead of wasting your time...

Your suggestion sounds fine; you could also use:

"Could you assign me to another position?"
