Undergraduate / My first impression of an university [3]

I really need you guys to check my grammar because I am afraid that it may contain awkward expression. Here is the essay.

I remembered vividly when I first step into this university for my interview, I was completely awe-struck by the cleanliness of the university. Moreover, lush of greenery and vibrant colored flowers at every corner sums up an ego-friendly institute which in 2010, was ranked as the 1st green university in Thailand by UI Green Metric Ranking. With huge and spacious buildings, students can easily hold various activities such as rehearsing cheer, bonding session and many more. I am more than delighted as I am one of a kind who loves to participate in activities.

At the expense of favorable surroundings, students can enjoy their studies comfortably in cool air-conditioned and brightly illuminated rooms, well-equipped with high caliber projectors and expansive rooms. On top of that, students who do not own a computer do not have to worry, as the university provides more than 50 high speed computers across the CB2 building and the library. Apart from providing computers to students, they also provide high speed Internet access throughout the university. I was mesmerized as it took only about a few seconds to download a 15 minute video whereas at other places, it may take up to about a few minutes to do the same process.

One of my most favorite corners is the library. Judging from its building structure, I was very certain that it offers better facility, management and hospitality to the students and guests as well as compared to other universities' library. Walking in the library, you can see study corners with white boards where students can hold a tutoring session, computer rooms where students can do research and surf the Internet, a small cafeteria where students can take a break from studies and fill their stomachs with cookies or cold drinks and last but not least, a piano where students can showcase their talent by melodizing songs. On the third floor, a whole gamut of books ranging from textbooks, novels and magazines can be seen over countless shelves. The way they arrange the books into each shelf makes it very easy to find and locate the book we are searching for. This is what I really like about it, convenience.

I can feel how significant the university is trying to instill each student with a good reading habit. Furthermore, they are also very determine to give the best education, environment and many more to students so that each student will learn and focus better in lesson. I am very glad to be one of KMUTT students as they prioritize education and discipline at their top list and one day I hope to graduate as a knowledgeable and discipline graduate.

Undergraduate / Reflection of my internship experience [NEW]

It has been an incredible two months of internship at (blank). I was so excited when I knew that the company accepted me as an intern. Over the course of two months, I have gained innumerable amounts of knowledge as well as experience while working here. Even though there were some days that I felt were monotonous because there were not many things to keep me occupied, I still managed to gain some knowledge and views through interaction with the employees here. We normally talked about the economy, technology and the company's production process. The assignments that were given to me were moderate albeit the struggles I had faced to complete them.

Apart from the ordinary working routine, various activities were held so that we get to make new friends from other institutes, to learn to work harmoniously among our group and to build confidence in ourselves when performing in front of a large crowd. One of the activities that I engaged in was to drop a ping pong ball into a bucket by using only water pipes. The other one was all the members needed to carry the 4 balls in one go and dropped them in the basket. I found that the activities were enjoyable in spite of a few failed attempts. At one moment, I was asking myself "How on earth is it going to be plausible to carry the ping pong ball over a short distance and drop it in the bucket. This is seriously insane." My group did not succeed in completing the task, but we did try our best. I learnt that no matter how difficult the challenge is in life, as long as we have the perseverance to prevail it, it can be done.

Another day of activity was conducted where they briefed me about the importance of mind map and also talked about the safety procedures in the industry. Long time ago, I felt that mind mapping was useless and destructive to my thinking process as it only ate away my writing time. However, I saw a different picture at the end of the class. I felt that doing a mind mapping is really important as it tries to bring out all the possibilities or imaginations that my mind can think of during that period. It also enhances my writing fluency as I do not have to stop and think of what to write next as I can make use of any ideas that are written on the paper.

Reflecting back on the most challenging assignment, I was assigned to write a C# program to detect the number of tiny squares that are defects on the waffle sheet. At first, it seemed like very tough since I did not have any experience or knowledge in writing C# language. I decided to seek some help from the Internet. I started by drawing a big circle which resembled a waffle and then I divided the circle into equal sized of tiny squares. After getting the shape of the waffle, I went on to think on how to write to detect the flaw. I slowly tested the commands and some codes from Internet so that I got to know what they are used for. Subsequently for 2 weeks, I tried to adapt and modify to achieve the required result.

To conclude, I want to thank (blank) for giving me this opportunity to use your resources and facilities to gain fruitful experience, knowledge and understand more about the working life.

Writing Feedback / TARGET GROUP on which group of people we are interested in. [2]

Target Group: Since this is a game which focuses on teamwork so our target group is liable to be for people who come in a group. This game is applicable to people who are 10 and above as it may require some knowledge as well as critical thinking skill to accomplish numerous stages in the game so it may inapt for people who are younger than the stated age. As this game room is to be situated in front of the university so our main target is probably KMUTT students. This could be a new sensation for students to gather with their friends and foster their bonds as they work together to conquer the different stages of the game. Not only does it help to improve the harmony between friends, but it also teaches the students how to work as a team. Moreover, this may be a stepping stone for students to hone their teamwork skills and apply to their future group works or activities. For those who is an ardent fan of games and enjoys learning through games then this is definitely for you!

The manufacturing is the important part to make the good produce and useful to the people. So they thing the technic, solution, innovation and new technology. To solve the problem even though higher unlimited demand of the human. Import the machines form the Western Europe is very expensive but it comes with quality. The expend things are form transportation, tax and expense for repairs. It is effect to find the people who knowledge in various fields of the machines automatic machines because it is new field for them. So the demand the people in the Control Science and Engineering is popular in Southeast Asia and Developing countries, Thailand also. So the automatic machines is the good choice and good answer to help the manufacturing, reduce an accident during production, reduce the cost of product and reduce the time to production. Other automatic machines facilities it can help the human, the elderly and disabled people use of everyday life happily. And use Detection Technology to fight disease easies. It can raise living better. Nowadays Southeast Asia and also Thailand and China encounter about labor issues, environmental issues, family issues and economic issues. Whenever the science technology can help us to solve this problems and understand in the same way. However environmental issues is important also. We can develop detection technology and automatic equipment to help and save the environmental issues.

The knowledge I can and want to improve the developing countries for example Thailand and big country China also. My project is WSNs (Wireless sensor network) and Web application for smart home. The project can help the old people to manage the home easier by finger. This major can create, develop the new innovation and develop device to make comfortable and useful able. This major can point the way of indusial in the future.

Finally, the major of Detection Technology and Automatic Equipment Program this the main major to study. It is the important steps to resolve the problem within the country and outside the country. We can use the technology to help by detection thing and to thing automatically. Has the potential to greatly facilitate the people.
