Writing Feedback / 'the most dramatic change was Japan' - Member of Travellers; IELTS [4]

The table compares the number of tourist from three different countries; Japan, Australia and Canada between 1985 and 1995. It is measured in million. Overall, it can be seen the most dramatic change was Japan. Japan had the lowest and the highest travellers in ten period and Australian tourist remained stable.

By 1985, Japanese's travellers were the lowest of tourist from Australia and Canada, about 5 million, while Australia tourist were the highest, about 7 million. At the same time, the number tourist from Canada in the middle, about 6 million.

By 1995 travellers from Japan increased significantly from about 5 million to about 15 million and the highest travellers in that years were tourist from Japan, whereas Australia's tourist remained stable and around 7 million visitors. On the other hand the figure of Canadian tourist experienced a downward trend from 6.0 million to 5.5 million which was slight decrease.

The graph below shows waste recycling rates in the U.S. from 1960 to 2011.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.


The line graph compares waste recovering and recycling rates in America between 1960 and 2011. It is measured in million tons and percent. Overall, it can be seen that the figure is disapointing compared to total amount at waste being recycle each year and at the same time the total waste recovery and recycling rose simultaneously

In 1960 to 1970, the percentage of waste material being recycled remainly steady at just about 6%. It than rose steady until 1985, about 10%. However, the amount of garbage being recycled triple during the same periode, about 5 million tons in 1960 to 10 million tons in 1985. After this years, the amount of garbage being recycled rose sharply between 1985 and 2011 which is peaked at 86.9 million tons.

Similiarly, the recycling rate continued to rose dramatically from 1985 to 1995, and then grew slightly over the next 15 years untul it reached a peak of 34.7% in 2011.

The chart below shows the percentage change in the share of international students among university graduates in different Canadian provinces between 2001 and 2006.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.


The bar chart compares the proportion change in share of international student who graduate from university in different Canadian provinces in 5 period. It is measured in percent. Overall, over periode 5 years, it can be seen that, the proportion change of international collage always changed uneven across in province of Canada. Although, New Brunswink remained the highest percentage in 2001 and 2006.

By 2001, the percentage share in Ontario only 3%. Same as Manitoba, the proportion Newfoundland and Labrador were 4%, folowed by British Columbia and Albarta, about 4.5%. Quebec in 6% and Nova Scotia 6.5. The highest proportion was New Brunswick with 7%.

By 2006, all of Canadian's province increase in their share of international graduates. Especially in New Brunswick, where the figure rose from7% to 12%. British Columbia in the highest position, where it more than doubled to 11%.
