With the acceleration of technical improvement, it is undeniable that food has become easier to prepare. Nevertheless, there exists a controversial issue whether the advanced-technical food has really improved the way people live? As far as I am concerned, the disadvantages far overweigh the advantages. Here followed the reasons.

One of the primary objectives for easier accessible food existed is to safe people's time. For that reason, food is probably made in a hurry so that nobody can ensure they get the indispensable nutrition we need for every day. From a sustainable perspective, it is not acceptable. Let me take the microwave cookers as an example, which play an important role in people's daily lives. With the help of microwave, food can be prepared to eat within 3-5 minutes, which is obviously quite convenient, but how can it guarantee the nutrition taking our health into consideration? Do you really think they can play a magic show for us, providing the tasty and rich healthy food? To be honest, microwave cooker is merely the heating machine, its only function is just to heat anything put into it.

Besides, to have meals done quickly, cooks prefer to keep a mount of stock in kitchen, so the additives are necessary, which is harmful to humans' body. According to a research called "public attitudes towards food", 64% of individuals concerned their health due to the way they eat, 15% of the rest said they felt better when they cook themselves. This report has drawn the public attention to the self-made food.

Many people always doubt whether they should attend the university or not. In my point of view, it is essential, here with the reasons followed.

First of all, getting higher education will make one's personality more mature and rational, he/she will learn to think by a critical way using the theory learned in university. Furthermore, the campus life helps students realize the importance of the team work, One of my best friends, Joey, is the best example for me to support this idea, when she was still a high school student, she always did things following her own mind, never cared about the others. But after attending university, other than study hard, she enthusiastically participated in the student union and engaged in part-time jobs. She started caring about the friends' emotions, following the principles of the teams, taking the partners' suggestion into considerations. We were all wondering what made her change so much, she unveiled the answers to us. It is the university that witnesses her changes...

Then the courses of university will help students get a better understanding for what they will do in the future and assist them in finding the real interest for themselves. As shown in a research, 75% of students in China find their majors are not what they real interests during the university, 30% of which transfer to another majors, which indicates that within the 3 or 4 bachelor's years, we can find out the career we have passion on it.

Last but not least, students can find plenty of friends having the same hobbits and interest, or even lovers in the cheerful and colorful campus life.

Overall, although there exists tremendous of examples showing that life can be successful even without university, in my opinion, it is a necessary experience for everyone.

When a baby comes to this world, the first man they live with is his/her parents. They teach him how to walk, how to eat, provide their loves and encouragement to the child without hesitate. It is the parents who company us the whole life and always stands behind us, as well as educates us most.

We almost spend the whole childhood with our parents. Before we can remember, it is parents who teach how to cry, how to laugh, how to speak, as well as how to walk. They give us the skills to survive.

A bit later, when we can say "mama" and "papa", they are the examples we follow, the way they talk and say, in certain degrees, we just follow their suits when we grow up. That is to say, as parents, they set the examples for their children in the attitudes to solve problems and toward the difficulties, affect them they do to the similar situation in the future.
