I think the outline that you want to deliver is good enough. However, I suggest you to wrote it in the coherent paragraph to make it more formal.

I think you should alter your first paraghraph into something simple like: I am writing this letter to apply for Economic studies in Hungarian University.

also in the fourth paragraph is unnecessary to write in the motivstion esay.
