Many teachers assign homework to students every day. Do you think that daily homework is necessary for students? Use specific reason and details to support your answer.

There is no doubt that many teachers assign homework to students every day. They think that can help their students study better, but in my opinion, I disagree with this behavior because it takes bad effects for students.

A day of students can be divided into three parts: time in school, time to do personal activities as research, play sport...and time to sleep. For this reason, time to study is only limited in time in school. Students go to the school to learn, so it is enough. They do not have to do same work when they come back home. If a teacher wants to assign homework to her students, it means she thinks she did not complete her responsibility of imparting knowledge to her students.

Another reason, students may lose their activeness of learning with too much homework. They only use what they learned in school to complete their homework passively. That invisibly limited self-researching and improving of students, became a bar of free thought and action. As a result, the students feel bored, even stress and get some diseases as shortsighted, fat...because they must do same work every day.

Homework incompletely causes bad effects, but it necessary for only students who are too intelligent or too lazy and mischievous. They need more homework to burn their superfluous energy. With other students, homework is only problem wasting their time.

In conclusion, I disagree with assigning homework to students because that only makes more unnecessary difficulty for them.

Although many people dream of working for a large company, as other youths accept challenge, I prefer to be an employee of a small company for a number of reasons. A small company may increase my abilities in full scale, offer precious experience and realize my ambition about my own company.

Firstly, my abilities of working are fully developed in a small company. There usually does not have enough employees, so I may have to work in a number of different rules. For example, if I work in a small factory, I have to know not only about material or about production, but also I may have knowledge about business or management. As a result, that will make me to improve myself to complete my work.

Secondly, when I choose a small company, it means I choose challenge. A small company as an incomplete machine with many problems, become missions that I have to pass. Sometime, I may be fail, but it leaves for me precious experiences from that I can learn how to solve other problems in the future.

Finally, there is truth nobody refuse is my position is elevated in a small company. At least, my ideas are listened and my decisions make more affects to the activities of the company. I freely talk and do everything I think it good for my company. On the contrary, I only try to finish all work received from my boss passively. That is boring.

In conclusion, working in a small company is really challenge, only reserve people who ready to face everything. In spite of difficulties, it may improve me by knowledge and experience, lead succeed in the future.
