the personal lives of famous people such as public figures and

There are two areas of life area: professional life and personal life. Professional life is our work activities . Personal life includes our family, our hobbies and our friends. It is very important to keep these two areas apart for the sake of your sanity and well-being, because you should relax sometimes. Some people are considered to be famous because a lot of people have heard about them. Successful actors, sportsmen and musicians are usually associated with celebrity status, so public not only knows a lot about their professional life, but also to wants to learn something about their private life. That's why mass media pay a lot of attention to the personal lives of famous people. I think, this happens due to several reasons.

First of all, some people may not be satisfied and bored with their own lifes and tend to envy successful people. People like to gossip and well-known people are easy to discuss because everybody knows them. Public people are prettier, better-dressed than ordinary people ,are believed to be very rich and also do these things, that others may only dream about, so they differ from others. People are curious about their personal life to get a demonstration, that public people marry, divorce, have babies, make crazy things, have bad and good times and die like ordinary people. This gives us hope that it could happen to us some day.

Secondly , people sometimes just want to relax and lie in front of the screen watching a soap opera, comedy or a program about celebrities. People want to get lost in others live story and forget about their own daily problems. They are happy about successes of celebrities and feel sorry for their failtures as if they were relatives of friends.

To sum up, I want to say that mass media pays a lot of attention to public people's personal life because it is just ready to meet our wishes , so because we are strongly curious about their lifes.

We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker(someone you work closely with)? Use reasons and examples to support your answer.

We spend a lot of time on our work, so the environment should be rather comfortable for us. Our cowokers are the essential part of this environment. I am easily distracted, that is why there should be practically no interraptors while working . For this reason my coworkers should have several important characteristics. In the following part I will try to detail the reasons, why coworkers should be diligent, careful and helpful .

First of all, they should be diligent in their work. I can not concentrate on my work, when people around me are speaking loudly, listening to music or doing nothing, otherwise I succumb to procrastination.

Secondly, they should be and carefull in their work. In many cases we have to work with other people and the result of the task will depend not only on you, but also on people, who you work with. So, they should have responsible attitude to their work, otherwise collaboration with such people may be really stressful for you. I want to give an example, which is based on my personal experience. Once my classmate and I had to make a small project for the lesson. We have divided the task into two parts so, that both of us had something to do. But at the end I had to everything by myself, because she was too unorganized and did not manage to do everything in time.

Thirdly , they should be helpful. I only begin my career and there are a lot of things which I will have to learn. So, it would be more convenient if my coworkers were ready to answer my questions in case I had any. It does not mean, that I can not do my work independently, but sometimes I really need professional advice.

As a conclusion, I want to say, that it is very important to build good relations with your coworkers, because they are the people, with whom you can make a great team and you together may achieve a lot of professional goals.

Agree or disagree: In order to be well-informed, a person must get information from many different news sources.
Nowadays information plays an important role in our world. It has become a product, which can be sold, bought, or stolen. Some people say: "information is power". That's why it is so important to be well-informed. I consider the statement above to be right for several reasons.

The first reason is that by using different sources of information we can guarantee its reliability. Some people may disinform you on purpose, that's why it is rather unwise to make conclusions before you are confident of the information. For example, russian news announced that the war between Osetia and Georgia had been initiated by Georgia, however, european news announced that it was initiated by Russia. After a while the situation became clear, but before that` a lot of people had already condemned the actions of Russia.

Secondly, it is very important to know facts about some events or problem , not only estimations, because it can help you to make your own conclusion or estimate . Sometimes it can be really difficult to find out the facts, especially in the internet, that's why you have to look through different sources before you manage to find some reliable facts. It is possible to make a wrong decision because you have just used someone's personal opinion as a source of information, but it was actually wrong. For example, several years ago in Moscow salt became two times more expensive only in one week, because people thought that soon there would be no salt in the shops. The gossip-based information dramatically influenced the prices and only after official announcement the "salt-panic" was over.

To conclude, I want to say that it is very important to be confident of the information, which you use, especially when your conclusion or decision may have a great influence.
